Installing the Dependencies

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Install all the dependencies.

   yum install nco netcdf netcdf-devel hdf hdf-devel hdf5 hdf5-devel grib_api grib_api-devel -y
