Running and Verifying ecFlow

Run the following command to go to the test directory:
```
cd /path/to/ECFLOW_BUILD/ecFlow-5.5.2-Source/build
```
Run the following command to perform the test:
```
make test
```
Figure 1 shows an example of the result.
