Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the bin directory of Exonerate.

   cd /path/to/EXONERATE/exonerate/bin

3. Perform the verification.

   ./exonerate -h

   If the following information is displayed, the program is running properly.
