Paths for Software Porting

This chapter lists the software installation paths involved in the FVCOM software porting.

4	/path/to/HDF5	Installation path of HDF5	The planned installation paths are only examples. You are advised to deploy the software in shared paths. Replace the paths used in commands in this document with the actual paths planned during the installation process.
5	/path/to/NETCDF	Installation path of NetCDF-C
5	/path/to/NETCDF	Installation path of NetCDF-Fortran
6	/path/to/METIS	Path for storing the downloaded METIS patch
