Running and Verifying GCE

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Run the following command to go to the installation directory of the executable file:

   cd /home/GCE/gce-1.0.2

3. Run the following command to run the test:

   time ./gce -g 173854609857 -f test/Achatina_fulica/AF.kmer.freq.stat.2colum

   Figure 1 shows the running result.
