Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the Glimmer installation package glimmer302b.tar.gz.

   http://ccb.jhu.edu/software/glimmer/glimmer302b.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the CLUSTALW installation package to the /path/to/Glimmer directory on the server.
