Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the GMAP installation package gmap-gsnap-2015-09-21.tar.gz.

   http://research-pub.gene.com/gmap/src/gmap-gsnap-2015-09-21.tar.gz

2. Download the human_g1k_v37.fasta file.

   http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/human_g1k_v37.fasta.gz

3. Use an SFTP tool to upload the GMAP installation package to the /path/to/GMAP directory on the server.
4. Use an SFTP tool to upload the test case file to the path/to/TESTCASE directory on the server.
