Installing OpenBLAS

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Run the following command to decompress the OpenBLAS installation package:
```
tar -xvf OpenBLAS-0.3.6.tar.gz
```
Run the following command to switch to the directory generated after the package is decompressed:
```
cd OpenBLAS-0.3.6
```

Run the following commands to set the environment variables:

export CC=`which gcc`
export CXX=`which g++`
export FC=`which gfortran`

Run the following commands to compile and install OpenBLAS:
```
make
make PREFIX=/path/to/OPENBLAS install
```
Run the following commands to set the OpenBLAS environment variables:
```
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/OPENBLAS/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
```
