Procedure

1. Download the HaploView 4.1 JAR package Haploview4.1.jar.

   https://sourceforge.net/projects/haploview/

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the HaploView 4.1 JAR package to the /path/to/Haploview directory on a server.
