Introduction
Elmer is a finite element software for numerical solutions of partial differential equations. Elmer can handle any number of equations, so it is very suitable for simulating multiphysical problems. Elmer includes physical models of fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, electromagnetics, heat transfer and acoustics. Users can also write their own equations that can be dynamically linked to the main program.
