Introduction
KEGG Orthology-Based Annotation System (KOBAS) is a tool for the annotation of sequences by KEGG Orthology terms. KOBAS also identifies enriched pathways and uses KEGG Pathway, PID, BioCyc, Reactome, Panther and human data from OMIM, KEGG Disease, FunDO, GAD, NHGRI, and GWAS databases.
