Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Query the HUMAnN version.

   humann --version

   humann v3.0.1

3. Run the test case.

   humann --input /path/to/python-3.9.6/lib/python3.9/site-packages/humann/tests/data/demo.fastq --output /opt/humann/

   

4. View the running result.
