Installing HTSlib

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Install HTSlib.

   yum install autoconf automake libtool
   yum -y install xz-devel
   cd /home
   git clone https://github.com/samtools/htslib.git
   cd htslib
   autoreconf -i
   ./configure
   make
   make install
