Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the kmergenie-1.7051.tar.gz installation package.

   http://kmergenie.bx.psu.edu/kmergenie-1.7051.tar.gz

2. Download test case file human_g1k_v37.fasta.

   http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/human_g1k_v37.fasta.gz

3. Use an SFTP tool to upload the KmerGenie installation package to the /path/to/KMERGENIE directory.
4. Use an SFTP tool to upload the human_g1k_v37.fasta test case to the /path/to/TESTCASE directory on the server.
