Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the KneadData installation package.

   https://github.com/biobakery/kneaddata

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the KneadData installation package to the /path/to/kneaddata directory on the server.
3. Download the Bowtie2 installation package.

   wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/bowtie-bio/files/bowtie2/2.4.2/bowtie2-2.4.2-linux-aarch64.zip

4. Use SFTP to upload the Bowtie 2 installation package to the /path/to/Bowtie2 directory on the server.
