Installing HDF5

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Run the following commands to decompress the HDF5 installation package:
```
cd /path/to/SRC
tar -xvf hdf5-1.10.1.tar
```
Run the following command to go to the directory generated after decompression:
```
cd hdf5-1.10.1
```

Run the following command to perform the configuration:

./configure --enable-parallel --enable-shared --prefix=/path/to/DEPENDENCIES CC=mpicc CXX=mpic++

Run the following commands to perform the compilation and installation:
```
make -j
make -j install
```

Run the following commands to configure environment variables:

export PATH=/path/to/DEPENDENCIES/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/DEPENDENCIES/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
