Installing the Dependencies

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Install the dependencies.

   yum install make gcc-gfortran.aarch64 autoconf automake
   yum install blas.aarch64 blas-devel.aarch64 lapack.aarch64
   yum install lapack-devel.aarch64 pcre pcre-devel readline
