Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the OrthoMCL directory.

   cd /path/to/ORTHOMCLSOFTWARE/orthomclsoftware-custom/bin

3. Perform the verification.

   ./orthomclAdjustFasta --help

   

   The program is running properly.
