Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the pal2nal directory.

   cd /path/to/PAL2NAL/pal2nal.v14

3. Perform the verification.

   ./pal2nal.pl  test.aln  test.nuc  -output paml  -nogap  >  for_paml/test.codon

   

   The program is running properly.
