Procedure

1. Download the pblat installation package pblat-2.1.tar.gz.

   https://codeload.github.com/icebert/pblat/tar.gz/2.1

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the pblat installation package to the /path/to/PBLAT directory on the server.
