Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the samtools-0.1.9.tar.bz2 package.

   https://codeload.github.com/samtools/samtools/tar.gz/0.1.9

2. Download the picard.jar installation package.

   https://github.com/broadinstitute/picard/releases/download/2.23.3/picard.jar

3. Use an SFTP tool to upload the Samtools package to the /path/to/SAMTOOLS directory and the Picard installation package to the /path/to/PICARD directory on the server.
