Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Perform the verification.

   cd /path/to/prottest/prottest-3.4.2-release/dist
   cp /path/to/prottest/phyml_install/bin/phyml ./dist/bin
   ./prottest3 -h
