Running and Verification

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Open a new Shell terminal and activate the pyem environment.
```
conda activate pyem
```
Go to the pyem directory.
```
cd pyem-0.5
```
Check whether the projection_subtraction.py file is generated.
```
ls
```
If the following information is displayed, the file has been generated:
