Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the RepeatMasker installation package RepeatMasker-4.1.2-p1.tar.gz.

   http://www.repeatmasker.org/RepeatMasker/RepeatMasker-4.1.2-p1.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the RepeatMasker installation package to the /path/to/RepeatMasker directory on the server.
