Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the RepeatScout installation package RepeatScout-1.0.6.tar.gz.

   http://www.repeatmasker.org/RepeatScout-1.0.6.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the RepeatScout installation package to the /path/to/RepeatScout directory on the server.
