Procedure

1. Download the blast+ and isb-2.10.0+-rmblas installation packages.

   https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/2.10.0/ncbi-blast-2.10.0+-src.tar.gz

   https://www.repeatmasker.org/isb-2.10.0+-rmblast.patch.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the two installation packages to the /path/to/rmblast directory on the server.
