Procedure

1. Download the ROMS installation package ROMS_3.6.

   To download the ROMS installation package, you need to register an account on the ROMS website and log in to the website using the registered account.

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the ROMS installation package to the /path/to/ROMS directory on the server.
