Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the SnpEff installation package snpEff_v4_3_core.zip.

   https://excellmedia.dl.sourceforge.net/project/snpeff/snpEff_v4_3_core.zip

2. Download the GRCh37.75 installation package snpEff_v4_3_GRCh37.75.zip.

   https://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/project/snpeff/databases/v4_3/snpEff_v4_3_GRCh37.75.zip

3. Use an SFTP tool to upload the SnpEff and GRCh37.75 installation packages to the /path/to/SNPEFF directory on the server.
