Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the SNPhylo installation package 20180901.tar.gz.

   https://github.com/thlee/SNPhylo/archive/refs/tags/20180901.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the SNPhylo installation package to the /path/to/snphylo directory on the server.
