Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Perform the verification.

   cd /path/to/snphylo/SNPhylo-20180901/samples
   bzip2 -d soybean.partial.hapmap.bz2
   cd ../
   ./snophylp.sh -H samples/soybean.partial.hapmap
