Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the sRAP installation package sRAP_1.26.0.tar.gz.

   http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.10/bioc/src/contrib/sRAP_1.26.0.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the sRAP installation package to the /path/to/SRAP directory on the server.
