Compilation and Installation

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the source package directory.

   cd /path/to/SRAP

3. Decompress the installation package and install sRAP.

   R CMD INSTALL sRAP_1.26.0.tar.gz

   If the following information is displayed, the installation is successful:
