Compilation and Installation

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the R CLI.

   R

   Information similar to the following is displayed:

   

   Enter install.packages("BiocManager").

   If the following information is displayed, the installation is successful:

   

3. Install WGCNA.

   Enter BiocManager::install("WGCNA").
