Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the installation package angsd0.938.tar.gz.

   http://popgen.dk/software/download/angsd/angsd0.938.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the installation package to the /path/to/angsd directory on the server.
