Compilation and Installation

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the R CLI.

   R

   If R Version 4.2.0 is displayed in the command output, the R parser is started successfully.

   

3. Install the dependency rgl.

   install.packages("rgl", INSTALL_opts="--no-test-load")

   If DONE (rgl) is displayed in the command output, the installation is successful.

   

4. Add the following two lines to the ~/.Rprofile file:

   vim ~/.Rprofile

   

5. Install clippda.

   BiocManager::install("clippda")

   If DONE (clippda) is displayed in the command output, the installation is successful.
