Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Use the R language to install the software. You do not need to download the source package.
2. (Optional for source code installation) Download the decontam installation package decontam_1.16.0.tar.gz.

   http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/src/contrib/decontam_1.16.0.tar.gz

3. (Optional for source code installation) Use an SFTP tool to upload the decontam installation package to the /path/to/DECONTAM directory on the server.
