Running and Verification

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Go to the CD-HIT directory.
```
cd /path/to/CDHIT/cdhit-4.8.1
```
Run CD-HIT.
```
./cdhit
```
If the following information is displayed, the verification is successful.
