Compilation and Installation

Procedure

1. Decompress the installation package.

   cd /path/to/interproscan
   tar xf interproscan-5.53-87.0-64-bit.tar.gz
   cd interproscan-5.53-87.0

2. Modify the executable file path in the interproscan.properties file.

   vim interproscan.properties

   Modify it as follows:

   

   

   Replace the example path /to/path/ with the actual one.

3. Perform the installation.

   sh ./interproscan.sh

   If the following information is displayed, the installation is successful.
