Procedure

1. Download the MEME installation package meme-5.4.0.tar.gz.

   https://meme-suite.org/meme/meme-software/5.4.0/meme-5.4.0.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the MEME installation package to the /path/to/MEME directory on the server.
