Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Create a test case directory and go to the directory.

   cd /path/to/MEME/bin

3. Run MEME-ChIP.

   ./meme-chip

   If the following information is displayed, the verification is successful.
