Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the MetaVelvet installation package v1.2.10.tar.gz.

   https://codeload.github.com/dzerbino/velvet/tar.gz/v1.2.10

   

   The MetaVelvet source code is included in the Velvet installation package.

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the Velvet installation package to the /path/to/Velvet directory on the server.
