Installing Dependencies

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Install the dependencies.

   yum install python3 python3-pip openblas-devel lapack-devel git
   pip3 install protobuf numpy wheel patchelf pyyaml jinja2 --trusted-host mirrors.tools.huawei.com -i http://mirrors.tools.huawei.com/pypi/simple
