Compilation and Installation

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Decompress the package.
```
unzip soapsnp-master.zip
```
Go to the installation directory of the main program.
```
cd /path/to/SOAPsnp/soapsnp-master
```
Perform the compilation.
```
make
```
