Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the tRNAscan-SE-2.0.9.tar.gz package.

   https://github.com/UCSC-LoweLab/tRNAscan-SE/archive/refs/tags/v2.0.9.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the tRNAscan-SE-2.0.9.tar.gz package to the /path/to/tRNAscan-SE directory on the server.
