Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the bin installation directory.

   cd /path/to/tRNAscan-SE/tRNAscan-SE_install/bin

3. Run tRNAscan-SE.

   ./tRNAscan-SE

   If the following information is displayed, the program is running properly.
