Compilation and Installation

Procedure

1. Decompress the installation package.

   cd /path/to/VcfSampleCompare
   tar -xvf 2.013.tar.gz
   cd vcfSampleCompare-2.013

2. Compile the file.

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make install
