Paths for Software Porting

This chapter lists software installation paths involved in the LAMMPS software porting.

1	/path/to/BISHENG	Installation path of the BiSheng Compiler.	See Installing and Using BiSheng Compiler.
2	/path/to/HMPI	Installation path of Hyper MPI.	See Hyper MPI 1.0.2 Operation Guide.
3	/path/to/FFTW	Installation path of FFTW.	The installation paths listed in this table are only examples. Shared paths are recommended. Replace the paths used in commands in this document with the actual paths planned during the installation process.
4	/path/to/LAMMPS	Installation path of LAMMPS.
5	/path/to/CASE	Path of LAMMPS test cases.
