Paths for Software Porting

This chapter lists the software installation paths involved in the MITgcm software porting.

3	/path/to/HDF5	Installation path of HDF5.	The installation paths listed in this table are only examples. Shared paths are recommended. All the paths used in the commands in this document are examples only. Use the actual paths planned during the installation process.
