Paths for Software Porting

This chapter lists the software installation paths involved in the NAMD software porting.

2	/path/to/HMPI	Installation path of Hyper MPI.	See Hyper MPI 1.0.2 Operation Guide.
3	/path/to/NAMD	Installation path of NAMD.	The installation paths listed in this table are only examples. Shared paths are recommended. Replace the paths used in commands in this document with the actual paths planned during the installation process.
4	/path/to/TCL	Installation path of TCL.
5	/path/to/CASE	Path of NAMD test cases.
6	/path/to/FFTW	Installation path of FFTW.
