Installing sse2neon

Procedure

1. sse2neon exists as a header file. You can download and decompress it.

   https://codeload.github.com/DLTcollab/sse2neon/tar.gz/refs/tags/v1.5.0

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the sse2neon source code package to the /path/to/SSE2NEON directory on the server.
3. Run the following command to decompress the sse2neon source code package:

   tar zxvf sse2neon-1.5.0.tar.gz
